  1. Preheat the ovwn to 220oC (425oF).
  2. Sift together the wheat flour, flax flour, baking powder sugar, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter.
  4. Blend in the cold milk.
  5. Press the dough into a ball. Knead on a floured board 4 or 5 times.
  6. Roll to 2 cm (3/4 inch) thick. Cut with 7 cm (3 inch) cutter, being careful not to twist the cutter.
  7. Lay out close together on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes.
