- Preheat the ovwn to 220oC (425oF).
- Sift together the wheat flour, flax flour, baking powder sugar, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter.
- Blend in the cold milk.
- Press the dough into a ball. Knead on a floured board 4 or 5 times.
- Roll to 2 cm (3/4 inch) thick. Cut with 7 cm (3 inch) cutter, being careful not to twist the cutter.
- Lay out close together on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
