Blueberry Cookies

Blueberry cookies are a delicious healthy alternative which will allow your kids not only to eat fruits as well as enjoy a dessert.

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Add room temperature butter and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix until light and fluffy.
  3. Add blueberries in and mix.
  4. Add in Valley Kitchen Bread Mix, Valley Kitchen Smoothie Booster, baking powder and salt and mix all together.
  5. Finally, add in the white chocolate chips for extra sweetness.
  6. Cover and let sit for 20 minutes.
  7. Roll into balls, and roll into a bowl of granulated sugar, then place in a lined baking sheet.
  8. Put in the oven for 9 minutes.
