Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line 2 the 8x8 pans with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl add in your buckwheat flour, cornstarch, salt, icing sugar and unsalted butter and mix.
  4. Put your crust evenly in 2 8x8 pans, and put in the fridge for 30 minutes, or in the freezer for 15.
  5. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Lemon Filing

  1. In a bowl add in your large eggs and whisk.
  2. Add in your granulated sugar, your buckwheat flour, and your smoothie booster, and whisk until blended.
  3. Finally add in your lemon zest and your lemon juice.
  4. Once your crust is done, put in your lemon filling, and immediately put back in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  5. Once done let cool until room temperature for a few hours. Enjoy your love-filled bars!
