
Chocolate Brownies

Yield: 16 Servings, 8x8 Baking Pan
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 cup Butter
- 7 squares (50g) Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder, sifted
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
- Lightly oil or grease 8x8 baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in microwave or on stove. Cool slightly and stir in chocolate.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs and vanilla. Add warm chocolate mixture & continue beating until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour with sugar and cocoa powder.
- Beat butter mixture into the dry mixture until combined.
- Spread the batter into the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done. Let cool for several minutes and then cut to size. Devour while still warm.
