Chocolate Brownies

Yield: 16 Servings, 8x8 Baking Pan

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cup Butter
  • 7 squares (50g) Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Cocoa Powder, sifted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Farenheit.
  2. Lightly oil or grease 8x8 baking pan and line with parchment paper.
  3. Melt butter in microwave or on stove. Cool slightly and stir in chocolate.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs and vanilla. Add warm chocolate mixture & continue beating until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix flour with sugar and cocoa powder.
  6. Beat butter mixture into the dry mixture until combined.
  7. Spread the batter into the baking pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until done. Let cool for several minutes and then cut to size. Devour while still warm.
