We guarantee satisfaction with all of our products. If you attempted one of our recipes using our product and were unsuccessful on two separate attempts we will replace the used product. Do not send us any products received. For damaged products, we will simply send you a replacement of equal value free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
