Busy mornings don’t have to mean skipping breakfast. Overnight oats are a simple, make-ahead meal that’s packed with fiber, protein, and healthy fats. By adding Valley Kitchen Flax Flour, you boost your breakfast with omega-3s, plant-based protein, and lignans for heart and digestive health—all without changing your routine.

Ingredients (1 serving):
½ cup rolled oats
2–3 Tbsp Valley Kitchen Flax Flour (brown or golden)
½–¾ cup milk or milk alternative
½ cup yogurt (optional, for creaminess and extra protein)
½ banana, sliced (or any fruit of choice)
1 tsp honey, maple syrup, or other sweetener (optional)
½ tsp cinnamon (optional, for flavor)
Nuts, seeds, or dried fruit for topping (optional)

Method:
In a jar or container, combine oats and Valley Kitchen Flax Flour.
Pour in milk (and yogurt if using) and stir until fully mixed.
Add sliced banana, sweetener, and cinnamon if desired.
Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 6 hours).
In the morning, stir and top with nuts, seeds, or extra fruit if desired.
