Seasoned Fish Fry-Using Valley Kitchen Pancake Mix
Yield: 4 Servings
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Valley Kitchen Pancake Mix
- 1 tbsp Fish Seasoning
- 1 lb Fish Fillets
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Butter
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, combine pancake mix and fish seasoning together.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly onto a flat plate.
- Heat butter and oil in a large pan.
- Cut fish into serving size pieces. Lay the fish on the seasoned flour. Turn over fish to season both sides.
- Stir in grated cheese and herbs, season with salt and pepper.
- Fry seasoned fish in pan for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked.
- Serve immediately with rice, vegetables, salad, or your choice of sides.
