Valley Kitchen Sugar Cookie Recipe

Sugar Cookies

Yield: 12 Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon and Salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
  • 2 Large Eggs

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat together until combined.
  • Scoop the dough onto the baking sheets.
  • Bake for 14-15 minutes.
