Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon and Salt
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 2/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla or Almond Extract
- 2 Large Eggs
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.
- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs and beat until fluffy.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Beat together until combined.
- Scoop the dough onto the baking sheets.

Bake for 14-15 minutes.
