Breakfast Flax Wrap-Using Valley Kitchen Golden Flax Flour

Yield: 1 Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp Valley Kitchen Golden Flax Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tbsp Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Chives, Thyme, or Basil), chopped
  • 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine egg and flax flour.
  2. Stir in grated cheese and herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat oil on pan. Pour egg mixture into hot frying pan. Fry until bottom is set, then flip and continue cooking until cooked through, just a few seconds.
  4. Serve with fresh greens, extra cheese, salad dressing, or salsa.
