Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oats, flax flour, chocolate chips, peanut butter, honey, and maple syrup.
  2. Scoop out mixture in 1 tbsp portions. Squeeze and roll into balls.
  3. Arrange balls on parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 1 hour, or until set.
