Raisin Flax Muffins

Yield: 12 Large Muffins
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Valley Kitchen Brown Flax Flour
- 1 cup White Flour
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Milk
- 1/2 cup Raisins
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Farenheit.
- Lightly oil or grease muffin tins, or use liners.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, flax, baking powder, and cinnamon. Mix to blend.
- Add the milk and raisins.
- Mix for 1-2 minutes, until the ingredients are blended.
- Scoop batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm to touch.
