Rolled Oats with Flax

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. Bring water to a boil in pot on the stove.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and salt.
  3. Cook over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring slowly to prevent scorching.
  4. Stir in flax flour.
  5. Remove from heat & serve with your choice of brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, shredded coconut, or fruit.
