Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Gluten Free Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup butter
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- drops food coloring
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Valley kitchen All Purpose Flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave. Let cool slightly, then add the brown sugar and white sugar and cream together.
- Add the egg and egg yolk, plus the vanilla, and mix until combined.
- Add blue food coloring to your liking.
- Mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until a dough forms, then add the white chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips.
- Chill for a few hours.
- When the cookies are done chilling, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
