Seasoned Fish Fry

Ingredients:

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine pancake mix and fish seasoning together. 
  2. Sprinkle mixture evenly onto a flat plate.
  3. Heat butter and oil in a large pan.
  4. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Lay the fish on the seasoned flour. Turn over fish to season both sides.
  5. Stir in grated cheese and herbs, season with salt and pepper.
  6. Fry seasoned fish in pan for 2 minutes per side, or until cooked.
  7. Serve immediately with rice, vegetables, salad, or your choice of sides.
