  1. Heat the water and pour it into a warm mixing bowl.
  2. Mix 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of the Bread Mix into the water using a counter-top mixer or large spoon. Mix until a good dough forms. Cover and set aside in a warm place to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Dust a warm work surface with a bit of the remaining flour.
  4. Turn the dough out onto the floured surface. Knead with additional flour, as required, to finish the dough.
  5. Using a rolling pin, form the dough into triangles.
  6. Cut your hot dogs in half and put roll them inside the dough made triangles.
  7. Put all the pigs in a blanket in a baking pan.
  8. Add your favorite sauce and toppings.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 425oF for 12 to 15 minutes.
