These Pigs in a blanket are inspired by a need and want for simple recipes! Not only does this recipe only need 3 ingredients but it takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups Valley kitchen Bread Mix
- 1 cup water
- 1 pack Hot dogs
Instructions
- Heat the water and pour it into a warm mixing bowl.
- Mix 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) of the Bread Mix into the water using a counter-top mixer or large spoon. Mix until a good dough forms. Cover and set aside in a warm place to rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Dust a warm work surface with a bit of the remaining flour.
- Turn the dough out onto the floured surface. Knead with additional flour, as required, to finish the dough.
- Using a rolling pin, form the dough into triangles.
- Cut your hot dogs in half and put roll them inside the dough made triangles.
- Put all the pigs in a blanket in a baking pan.
- Add your favorite sauce and toppings.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 425oF for 12 to 15 minutes.
