Monster Cookie Cookies

Inspired by the Cookie monster, this delicious gigantic cookie is everything you might want!

  • 2 ½ cups Gluten Free Valley Kitchen All Purpose Flour
  • 1 ½ tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • drops food coloring
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the Valley kitchen All Purpose Flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Melt the butter on the stove or in the microwave. Let cool slightly, then add the brown sugar and white sugar and cream together.
  3. Add the egg and egg yolk, plus the vanilla, and mix until combined.
  4. Add blue food coloring to your liking.
  5. Mix the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients until a dough forms, then add the white chocolate and semisweet chocolate chips.
  6. Chill for a few hours.
  7. When the cookies are done chilling, bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
